AssetHoard is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Before buying, you can download and run the app for free during the open beta period to confirm it works on your machine. Because the full product is available to evaluate before purchase, refund requests are assessed against clear criteria.
What we will refund
- Duplicate purchases: if you were charged twice for the same licence, we will refund the duplicate immediately.
- Technical failure on a supported platform: if AssetHoard cannot launch or perform its core functions on a device and operating system within our officially supported environments at the time of purchase, and the issue cannot be resolved after working through support, we will issue a refund.
What we will not refund
- Change of mind, personal preference, or subjective dissatisfaction.
- Features requested that are outside the product's stated scope.
- Issues arising from environment changes made after purchase, including switching operating systems, running AssetHoard in a virtual machine or remote desktop, or using an unsupported OS version.
- Refusal to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps from support.
Refund eligibility is assessed based on the device and environment at the time of purchase.
