Want AssetHoard to sponsor your game jam? we love backing the people building with our tools
AssetHoard is made by a small indie team for indie game devs and artists, so game jams are our kind of place. If you are running one, we would love to help make it a little bigger, with prizes for your winners, a hand getting the word out, and one of our team on deck for the weekend. No jam is too small either. If you are just starting out, we are really happy to help.
How we can help
Every jam is different, so treat this as a menu rather than a fixed package. Tell us what would make your jam better and we will work out what we can do.
Prizes for your winners
Lifetime AssetHoard licences for your winners, and often runners-up too. The beta is free today, so a lifetime licence is a prize with real value your jammers keep for good.
Promotion to our community
We can share your jam with our players across Discord, the newsletter, Mastodon, and Bluesky, so more makers hear about it and show up to build.
A developer or community rep
One of our team can judge, mentor, run a theme reveal, or simply hang out in your server for the weekend to answer questions and cheer people on.
A sponsor presence in your server
We are happy to take a sponsor or partner role in your Discord for the run of the jam, on hand for anyone using AssetHoard to wrangle their assets.
What we would love in return
Nothing heavy, and nothing that gets in the way of your jammers. Mostly we just want people to know AssetHoard helped make the jam happen.
Our logo on your jam page
A spot for the AssetHoard logo on your itch.io jam page, alongside the other sponsors, linking back to us.
Press kitA mention in your server
The AssetHoard logo and a link in your Discord, plus a line in your sponsor or thank-you announcements.
A role for one of our team
A sponsor or partner role for a single AssetHoard developer or community rep, so people know who to ask.
A word to your jammers
An invite for participants to try AssetHoard for organising their jam assets. We read every scrap of feedback they send back.
Tell us about your jam
Send us a few details and we will get back to you. Handy things to include are your jam name and dates, roughly how many people you expect, a link to the jam page or server, and what kind of help you are after.
We are a small team and cannot say yes to everything, but we read every message and we will always be straight with you.
Tell us about your jam and how you would like us to help.

No. AssetHoard never asks a jam to gate entry on using the app. AssetHoard simply welcomes jammers trying it to manage their assets, and welcomes their feedback either way.
