AssetHoard is a local-first application. Your data stays on your machine. We don't collect, store, or transmit your personal information or asset library data.

Local Storage

AssetHoard stores all data locally on your computer:

• Database: SQLite database stored in your app data folder
• Thumbnails: Generated previews stored locally
• Settings: Your preferences stored in local config files

You have full control over this data. You can back it up, move it, or delete it at any time.

No Account Required

AssetHoard does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the application.

Third-Party Services

AssetHoard collects anonymised usage statistics to help us improve the application. You can opt out at any time in your settings.

• Analytics: We collect anonymised usage data such as feature usage and app performance metrics. No personal information or asset data is included.
• Updates: If you enable automatic update checks, the app will contact our update server to check for new versions.
• Future features: If we add optional cloud features in the future (like Unity Asset Store sync), those will be clearly opt-in and explained separately.
